As far as remakes go, all I will say is that it is okay. Though, I don't like the changes in the film, it would have been
better if they had stuck to the main plot of the original film. Either way, it takes you pretty much down the same path as
the original film, they each eventually find themselves in the lair of a psycho family in the badlands of Texas. I wish they
would have included the dinner and grandpa seens, those two scenes were almost the hart of the original film, it explained
a lot about what they were doing and why, but in this chapter it is changed completely and many of the famous scenes were
skipped out of the new plot. See the original first, and then see the new one. The changes will surprise you!! The things
I like most about the remake are the actors. They picked the finest they could to be in the remake, and they are all fantastic
actors. R Lee Ermey was fantastic in the film, and In my oppinion should have won an award for his grade A acting skills in
TCM.
